THE BRISTOL SUPPER
We partnered up with the national campaign Farms Not Factories to host a supper club in Bristol, as part of Big Green Week sustainability festival.
Hope, our fantastic chef created a delicious, organic 4 course menu which championed organic pork from award winning, local, Bristolian butchers – Ruby & White.
Guests sipped their welcome glass of scrumpy and the evening felt like a world away from the busy city centre, as everyone dined amongst the hay.
